Description

Semi-metallic replacement brake pads designed for Formula hydraulic disc brake calipers. This 4-pair set (8 individual pads) fits Formula R1, R1R, RO, RX, T1, Mega, The One, C1, and CR3 models. Each pad features a semi-metallic resin compound friction material with approximately 33 x 28 mm backing plates. Semi-metallic pads offer reliable stopping power and consistent performance across varied riding conditions. The composition balances braking feel with pad longevity, making them suitable for trail and all-mountain riding. Backing plate dimensions and retaining tab design are engineered to match OEM specifications for these Formula calipers. Before purchasing, verify your exact brake caliper model and compare the pad outline, retaining hole placement, and dimensions with your current pads. Confirm that your rotor material is compatible with semi-metallic friction compounds. Installation should follow Formula's fitting and bedding-in instructions. Keep friction surfaces clean and free of oil and grease. If you're uncertain about fitment or installation, consult a qualified bike mechanic.
