About Shop Sofly Vendors
Shop Sofly Vendors is an online marketplace based in Florida, USA. We sell everyday products, including fashion, home goods, beauty, electronics, pet supplies and seasonal items, and we host independent sellers who list their own products here.
Who you buy from
Every product page shows who sells the item. Items listed by Shop Sofly Vendors are sold and supported by us. Items listed by an independent seller are sold by that seller, and we handle payment, order tracking and help with returns for every order placed on this site.
Where orders ship from
Some items ship from the United States and some from our fulfillment partners overseas, which takes longer. Each product page shows where the item ships from and an estimated delivery date, and the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Every order gets a tracking number by email.
Prices, payments and returns
The price you see is the price you pay for the item; shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or never arrives, we make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy and Shipping policy for the details.
