Mini Tart Pans with Deep Fixed Bottom

These mini tart pans feature a thickened food-grade carbon steel construction with double-sided non-stick coating for easy release and simple cleanup. The deep 3.8cm fixed bottom design holds generous fillings without overflow, while the reinforced structure bakes evenly for crispy, golden crusts. Temperature range from -20°C to 220°C means these pans work in your freezer and standard ovens. The fluted, exquisite size makes them ideal for creating individual-portion desserts—egg tarts, Portuguese tarts, fruit tarts, custard pies, lemon mousse, jam pies, and savory applications all work equally well. One pan, endless possibilities. Home bakers, small bakeries, cafes, and dessert shops all use this same mold for batch production. The versatile design lets you switch between sweet and savory without limitation.
