Description

Protect small shrimp and fry from being pulled into your filter intake with this stainless steel mesh guard. The cylindrical design slides over your filter's intake tube, creating a protective barrier that lets water flow freely while blocking shrimplets and baby fish from entering the filtration system. Made from durable stainless steel, this guard resists corrosion in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Two size options fit different filter intake diameters: Small fits 1.2cm inner diameter, Large fits 1.6cm inner diameter. The mesh is fine enough to safeguard even the tiniest fry without restricting water flow or filter performance. Ideal for shrimp-focused tanks, fry nurseries, or any setup where protecting vulnerable small fish matters. Simple to install and clean.
